Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to start saving money?A full analysis will typically take 6-8 weeks to see savings, but our process can yield results after our first call.

How can I make sure my information will not be compromised?We take great care in protecting your private information. We will only use your infomation for our cost reduction process. None of your information is stored or shared without your knowledge or consent.

What bills can you help me save money on?Our process applies to bills in any category, however the categories of business we specialize in are: merchant services, waste, shipping (small-package and less than truckload), telecommunications, e-signature, fuel surcharges, compressed gases, electronic logging devices, uniforms and linens, facilities supplies and Software as a Service (SaaS).

What percentage of my savings do you keep?Our standard practice is 50% for 36-months. During the terms of our agreement, we will also ensure that your expenses are fully audited and optimized. Additionally, all of your savings will be detailed in a report back to you reguarly.

Can I keep the same service provider and level of service that I currently have and still be able to save money?Yes! 80% of our clients save money on the contract(s) they currently have, but you are free to take any recommendation presented which may invovle changing vendors, plans, or removing unneccessary services.
